BBS Limited would like to provide an update to its Shareholders and other Stakeholders on the audited financial statements for the year ended December 2019.
2019 audit
Following the release of the preliminary financial results, BBS Limited is pleased to announce that the audited financials for the period ended December 2019 have been released as of today Monday 21 December 2020. The summarised results are available on the Botswana Stock Exchange Limited and BBS Limited websites. They have been emailed to Shareholders.
The full Annual Report will be available in the next few days. BBSL “Key persons”, that is Board Members and Senior Management, may now trade in BBSL securities following the release of the audited financials. Trading in BBSL securities resumed on Friday 11 December 2020.
Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)
The 2019 BBS Limited AGM will be held on Wednesday 30 December 2020 virtually and physically at the AVANI Hotel Conference Centre in Gaborone. Please note that space at the venue will be limited in line with COVID-19 Protocols and, therefore, allocated on a “first come first served” basis. As indicated in the Notice, those wishing to attend physically must submit their names to the Company Secretary well ahead of time on bbs@bbs.co.bw.
