Investing in the future

 

Botswana building Society recently donated 2 new computers to Kgalemang Motsete CJSS in Serowe following a plea from the school’s Head Teacher, Mr. Kwape. In his remarks, BBS CE, Mr. Molefe, said that BBS is keen to support local communities especially in light that the Society has grown tremendously over the years. He added that he hoped the new computers would contribute to the good results the school continues to produce as well as making the jobs of the teachers a lot easier.

Deputy CE, Mr. James Moribame also donated a giant photo copying machine to St. Bernards Mission School on behalf of the Society. In her remarks, the school head teacher, Mrs. Gaboduelwe, thanked BBS for its support noting it had put into practice the national Vision 2016 pillars of contributing towards an educated and informed nation as well as being a compassionate, just and caring nation.

BBS will through its corporate social responsibility program, contribute to the Vision pillars and the five National Principles of Democracy, Unity, Development, Self-reliance and Botho.
