The Society recently launched a new mortgage product called Pinagare. The Pinagare home loan is a product targeted at Batswana youth aged up to 30 years with the intention of providing them with a low rate to own houses.

The features of the Pinagare Mortgager product are the following

• Attracts a 14.50% variable interest rate
• Has a 30 year term
• No cap for home loans and
• BBS can refinance loans from other institutions.

Individuals above the age of 30 but have not yet attained the age of 31 are eligible to apply.
